The Success Story coaching package is the holy grail! We start by running two functional lab tests: the DUTCH Hormone Panel and the GI-MAP (Gut Microbiome test). Once we have the lab results back, we create a personalized wellness plan for whole-body healing over the course of 6 months. If your goal is to conceive in the next 6 months, I strongly recommend going with this package to ensure your body is optimal for conception.

Birth Doula
As your birth doula, I’ll be by your side before, during, and immediately after birth. That means helping you prepare for labor, talking through your options, and creating a plan that feels right for you. When labor begins, I’ll be there offering comfort techniques like massage, breathwork, and positioning, while also giving encouragement and emotional support. I’ll help you understand your choices in the moment, and I’ll support your partner too—so both of you feel calm and confident throughout the experience.

My role is to make the transition smoother, less overwhelming, and more joyful.
